房間很不錯，床很大，布局也很合理，非常溫馨酒店早餐也很豐富，泳池也很不錯，洗浴設施齊全，就是隔間有點少，但總體很好。酒店前臺和接駁車的服務也很好，賓至如歸～

I was met by two wonderful receptionist. Carol and Nancy.. they were well trained and Carol was so kind to arrange my dinner booking. Car was arranged with a nice driver..will for sure visit and stay in tge same hotel..

Great all round stay as expected of a brand name hotel. The hotel has its own compound and restaurants which are great. Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from. They have some facilities which are closed. Very near Zhouzhuang Water town entrance. Around 7mins via Didi.

Hotel location is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. The lake also creates a relaxing atmosphere.

A very nice comfortable hotel, located in a park setting, conveniently located near the beautiful old “water town” of Zhouzhuang. A great place to relax and chill out away from the hustle and bustle of Suzhou and Shanghai. Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner are good.

早餐種類不多不少，口味一般般。直播團購的，送2杯飲品，選的咖啡。還送2張門票，景區人臉認證下，可以三天不限次數游玩。酒店每天還有幾班接駁巴士，沒有趕上也不要緊，打滴滴也很方便的。前臺給免費升級了小套房，在一層，也就多了個小小書房，感覺沒多大驚喜。房間設施裝潢還不錯的，床品質量很好，滑溜溜的。工作人員服務態度也很好。

酒店環境和設施非常好，又干凈又大，房間也很寬敞，服務人員都很熱情。有一點不滿意的是，入住前一天電話和我確認入住人數，由于是兩個孩子，我問了下是否是兩張小床的家庭房，回答是的。入住后發現只有一張小床。家庭房應該是中規格的房型，竟然陽臺看出去沒有任何景觀，面對中餐廳。
